Job Brief:

Small, Midtown firm is looking for a professional, detail-oriented and dependable administrative assistant. Position involves high level of customer service, organization, and strong work ethic.


Document preparation, selling service on the telephone, booking clients, process paperwork and collect payment.
Handle fingerprinting services, answer questions, book appointments and invoice.
Provide professional administrative support.
General marketing duties, maintain database, labels for client base.
Maintain and update department documentation, processes and procedures.
Assist as needed with daily phone calls and correspondences.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Tracking budgets and expenses.
Complete weekly and monthly reports on a variety of projects.


Must have a college diploma.
2+ years of consistent administrative experience.
Must have a strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity.
Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.Results-oriented.
Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Google products.
Criminal record and drug testing must be provided upon hire.
