Days (i.e. Mon-Fri, etc.): M-F

Job Description: __This position requires a highly organized individual accustomed to dealing with multiple time sensitive matters simultaneously. There is extensive contact between the person occupying this position and clients, the attorneys and staff. Must be able to prioritize and multitask. Job duties would include answering phones, greeting clients, filing, data entry and various miscellaneous duties as needed.

Salary Range: Based upon qualifications and experience. Please include salary history and salary expectations with your resume.

Qualifications & Skills Necessary:
_Strong computer Skills Required: Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. a plus. Word processing and writing are also requirements for the position. Applicants must possess excellent phone and communication skills, professionalism, be self motivated, highly organized and capable of multi-tasking. Bilingual in Spanish.
