Assistant needed for local Audio Video Installation company.

Duties will include:

Customer Service: Answering company phone, describing various packages/services offered by the company to customers, booking service appointments.

Sending out appointment times and locations to technicians; keeping customers updated with ETA of technicians.

Additional duties will include occasionally picking up and delivery of materials to jobs around Atlanta.

Office duties such as organizing and updating customer files/records; creating invoices and estimates, and other documents, as needed.

Posting to social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

Must be 100% bilingual in English-Spanish. All customer correspondence will be in English; however, communication with direct supervisor (owner) and technicians will be mostly in Spanish.

The right individual for this position MUST BE very detailed oriented, possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Pay $12/hr to start-- approx. 40 hrs a week
